Isn't too much made out of commonwealth cleanliness issues... It could be that about 5 toilets and rooms were bad... and those were the pictures that everyone took and splashed it all over... Nobody is showing the other world class infrastructure... that is quite rare for India too
Ya India is stupid to even leave anything incomplete and bridge collapse etc.... but sometimes it looks like western countries were just waiting to point fingers... coz they don't appreciate a developing country getting the games...
